What hair color would look good with my skin tone?

first off, im not really sure what my skin tone is? i look good in both gold and silver (i was told thats how you find out what your tone is)..........im tan, but if i didnt tan my skin would be pretty fair.

im wondering if this would be cute on me? (my hair is blonde right now)
