Claire's. You can buy small packs of them. Everyone at my school (including me xD) has them. They're black with different colored polka dots.

I don't know how much they are, but probably no more thant $5.

um im not sure if you can get them at wal-mart ornot but i know you can get them at hot topic and if there isnt a hot topic near you then you can just order them off the internet.

yes! wal-mart is a very good place for ribbons.... at wal mart they have the place for your fabrics and stuff and you pick out the ribbon and get it cut...DONT GO THERE!! lol if you walk towards your craft section they have little rolls of every type of ribbon you can think of lol there only like 1.00 a roll or less!! i absolutly love love love ribbons lol so yes wal mart is a place to get them lol hope this helps you out!!!
